with Jacci Gruninger and Lisa Gulotta

Jacci and I will be leading a yoga retreat in breathtaking Sedona, Arizona...Red Rock Country..."The Most Beautiful Place On Earth" according to USA Weekend. 5 nights and 6 days of yoga, hiking, cooking, soaking and expanding The Sisterhood Of The Traveling Yoga Pants.
September 15-20, 2019

When was the last time you did something for yourself?

Are you so busy you have forgotten what matters most? Do you need to disengage from technology and stare at the stars? Is gazing at sunrises and sunsets a distant memory? What would it feel like to run away with kindred spirits for six days filled with exquisite nature, yoga,  and relaxation? If these questions stir a dormant fire within, here is a perfect opportunity to give yourself the gift you so deserve! Join me and Jacci for a luscious getaway and join the “Sisterhood!”

So…Pack your jammies and bring your best friend for a week of yoga, art, hiking, and play in the Red Rocks of Sedona, Arizona.  Best friend can’t make it? Come and make some new ones! We will cook together, hike together, stretch together, collage together, and soak together.

Ah, Sedona. A paradise two hours from Phoenix with a mystical personality and exponentially blessed with bountiful natural colors and light. Whether you visit Sedona for the art, the hiking, the shopping, or the positive energy coming off the “vortices,” this Arizona town has an undeniable magical quality. Sedona offers a gorgeous intersection of landscapes and elevation, with glowing red-rock formations and a milder climate than what many travelers expect from Arizona.

We have opted for a family style retreat this time so we have rented a 5 bedroom house! Sorry guys, women only! Our home away from home for 6 days is delightful and expansive. The 4000 square foot house is equipped with a private pool, 10-person jetted hot tub, fire pit, and an outdoor grill. The modern kitchen will be our gathering place in the morning and evening and has all the amenities for the chef in you to emerge!

The house has 5 bedrooms, each with a private bath. There are four rooms with king beds and one room with four twins. Yes, for those opting for the bedrooms with kings, you will share a bed (single pricing options available, see below)
